A flourishing charter school requires a flourishing relationship between the Board and the Head of School. Traditional governance models have not adequately provided such a framework. This workshop will lead you through an exploration of your experiences and goals for governance in your school and provide you with a roadmap to achieving that flourishing relationship through better alignment, clearer roles and more effective processes.
