Katelin Williams is a Product Manager at Avela, leveraging her background in education and user enablement to develop efficient systems that improve the enrollment experience. With a passion for problem-solving and collaboration, she focuses on gathering user feedback and implementing solutions that drive meaningful results. Before joining Avela, Katelin held various Product and Customer Success positions at SchoolMint, helping schools streamline their enrollment and student success processes. Earlier in her career, she worked as a teacher and education leader at Rocketship Public Schools, Teach For America, and other education-focused organizations. Katelin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Biblical Studies from Fresno Pacific University and a Teaching Credential from Loyola Marymount University.
