Workshop/Breakout Sessions
In 2018-2019, Pinnacle Charter School experienced significant leadership and workplace culture challenges, motivating their human resource and leadership teams to work with stakeholders to redefine the school's values. These values were then used to develop an employee relations philosophy to improve culture. By bolstering employee relations, charter schools can get ahead of recruiting challenges, retain high-performing employees and support all team members in the growth of professional skills and relationships. Participants will re:vision key employee relations strategies from purpose-driven on-boarding and evaluation to conflict resolution and more. Templates and takeaways will be provided that can be adapted to any school.
