Charter schools rarely lack student data. The challenge is turning that data into timely, coordinated action so students don't fall through the cracks between identification, intervention, and follow-through.
Timeri Tolnay is an educational leader, entrepreneur, and learning design specialist with extensive experience building and scaling educational organizations. She began her career as a middle and high school English language arts teacher before serving as a literacy coach and district literacy specialist for Denver Public Schools and a faculty developer at the Colorado School of Mines. Timeri founded and grew two education ventures, Inquiry By Design and EdCuration, and has co-authored publications on teacher development and professional learning. She holds a master’s degree in instructional design from the University of Colorado and is passionate about fostering collaborative teams, strengthening educator practice, and creating active learning environments that empower students to construct knowledge.
