Journey through the world of employment investigations with a session designed to equip school leaders, HR managers, and board members with the skills and knowledge to conduct effective investigations while being prepared for potential litigation. Our four-part exploration includes (1) understanding the critical role of the investigation team, (2) documenting to both serve the investigation and prepare you for potential litigation, (3) mastering the art of effective questioning while keeping legal consequences in mind and (4) tackling the complexities of investigating senior staff members and top administrators. Using real-world scenarios, attendees will learn how to apply the principles of employment investigations effectively while minimizing legal risks.
