Workshop/Breakout Sessions
Charter school leaders are faced with creating a culture of learning where young people thrive and faculty model the way. As a leader, you embrace this responsibility, but tending the fire in the face of more complex regulations, public attacks on education, and mounting behavioral health challenges is a challenge. Join us to uncover answers and strategies to support personal growth in the face of outside pressures. We’ll guide attendees through a reflection process to re:vision their perspective on a current challenge and possibilities for making change. Participants will then discuss that new perspective, develop a strategy for making change, and commit to some actionable activity.
