Mrs Christina Hank
Preschool Director, Highpoint Academy
As a school leader I have opened a new school and exceeded all enrollment goals in less than a year, while becoming a 1.5 million dollar a year school. I have also worked at schools with extremely low enrollment and high staff turn over and in less than a year turned the school around with over 80% utilization and zero turn over in the last 6 months. I pride my self on making every school I work at a family environment. I want everyone from kids, parents, teachers, support staff to upper management feel like they are walking into a place that they can call it a home!
