Workshop Sessions
Celebrations, recognition, and team-building activities can strengthen school culture, but lasting change depends on something deeper: the systems that shape everyday experiences and behaviors.
This interactive workshop introduces 11 cultural systems that influence employee experience and organizational performance, including communication, trust, accountability, recognition, professional growth, collaboration, conflict, and leadership behaviors.
Using real charter school examples and a Culture Systems Assessment, examine whether your school's challenges reflect isolated problems or symptoms of missing or ineffective systems.
Participants will:
Assess organizational strengths and identify gaps across the 11 systems.
Define desired behaviors and outcomes.
Examine what leaders must consistently model, reinforce, and reward.
Identify one priority action to take within 30 days.
Leave with a practical framework for moving beyond culture-building activities to intentionally designing systems that support clarity, trust, engagement, and organizational consistency.
