Alesha is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in education, human resources, and organizational development, is the Founder and CEO of Unleashed. This coaching and consulting firm is dedicated to harnessing the power of strengths-based practices to empower individuals, teams, and organizations. Previously, she led teams to conduct comprehensive culture and climate assessments and organizational equity audits for various organizations, including schools, school networks, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and a major health system. Her impressive resume also includes roles as Chief Talent Officer for STRIVE Prep Schools and head of talent for Charter School Growth, where she focused on identifying and supporting high-potential charter schools. A certified Strengths Coach, Kolbe Consultant, and Kolbe Youth Specialist, Alesha leverages these strengths-based tools to help organizations and individuals achieve breakthrough results.

April Wilkin

April has been an integral part of Prospect Ridge Academy (PRA) since its inception in 2011. Currently serving as the ED, she previously led as the Elementary Principal for a decade. Her journey at PRA reflects a deep commitment to supporting the growth of students, staff, and the community, fostering academic, social, and ethical leadership in every endeavor. Prior to joining PRA, April held various roles at Peak to Peak Charter School, including Assistant Principal, Math Intervention Specialist, and Fourth-grade teacher. As proud parents of two PRA alumni, April and her husband, Josh, are deeply invested in the school's mission and actively involved in the community. When not immersed in school activities, they enjoy outdoor pursuits like hiking, skiing, and exploring national parks. Go, Miners!
