SWAG isn't just about receiving "Stuff We All Get"! In this session, we'll delve into how SWAG stands for "Strategic Ways to Achieve Goals". We'll specifically explore the significance of brand marketing, highlighting the use of custom apparel and promotional products to support educators in recruitment, retention, rewards, and reputation enhancement. Drawing from over three decades of marketing experience, particularly within the education sector from K to College, we'll offer valuable insights to our attendees. We'll discuss the critical aspect of effectively maximizing marketing budgets and emphasize the importance of selecting sustainable and useful high-perceived-value marketing items to minimize environmental impact. Additionally, we'll discuss the importance of adhering to CPSAI regulations (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) regarding children's products, knowledge that every school should possess.
