Schools are filled with important work—academics, SEL, behavior systems, counseling, professional development, and student support. But even well-designed initiatives can fall short when implemented in isolation. The individual pieces may be strong. The system connecting them is where the work begins to break down.

In this interactive workshop, examine how to move beyond disconnected initiatives by exploring three questions:

• What are people actually experiencing? Look beyond programs and policies to understand students' and staff members' daily experiences.
• What is underneath what we're seeing? Identify the structures, routines, expectations, and adult practices contributing to challenges.
• What can we change within our school's reality? Find opportunities to strengthen alignment without adding another initiative.

Through a practical systems-mapping exercise, examine a challenge from your own school and identify a focused next step for creating more consistent, sustainable impact.
