Rebecca Teeples, recognized as one of “40 Superwomen of Northern Colorado” by the Coloradoan, serves as the Executive Director over Windsor Charter Academy Schools. With 10+ years’ experience in educational leadership, academic scores place the schools of Windsor Charter Academy in the top schools in the state of Colorado.

Prior to work at Windsor Charter Academy, Rebecca worked in various leadership capacities—principal, district curriculum trainer, instructional coach and assistant principal. Rebecca also taught at Grand Canyon University in the Elementary Education department and was recognized as Faculty of the Month for her commitment to excellence.
