After writing 100 million dollars in grants and managing/directing 40 million in grants, Cari will share practical insights about how to manage, procure, track, and create traction and momentum rather than simply compliance with grant project design KPI’s. Sustainability is typically the last thing you think about during a multi-year grant, but Cari will share how this word transcends every aspect of the life of the grant. In addition, Cari and Gabe will showcase tools that will help save money, track expenses, and assist in the management of a grant’s fiscal health. Lastly, let’s talk about the “ROI”. Did the teachers, students, leaders, and stakeholders see the benefit of the investment made into their school via a grant?

She forges alliances with various education organizations, striving to create equitable opportunities for all students.
