The session will also focus on the ethical and practical considerations of AI in leadership decisions. Participants will leave with practical strategies and tools to integrate AI into their vision-setting, planning, and decision-making processes to strengthen leadership effectiveness while maintaining human judgment at the center of all decisions.

Jen Davis Wickens

Over the past two decades, Jen has co-led the launch of over a dozen high-performing K-12 schools. She founded Impact Public Schools, the largest charter network in Washington state. Jen co-founded the Washington state charter sector and served as Chief Regional Officer for Summit Public Schools, leading their first out-of-state expansion and launching Washington’s first charter schools. She has consulted for districts, charter schools, and nonprofits nationwide. Jen was Vice President of Teaching and Learning for Envision Schools and the Founding Principal of Impact Academy. She graduated from Willamette University, holds a Master’s in Education from Seattle University, was a Stanford Principal Fellow, and earned an administrative credential through New Leaders for New Schools. Jen is a Pahara Fellow, Co-President of Seattle Prep’s Parent Association, VP of Philanthropy for Seattle’s National Charity League, and an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Seattle.
