Workshop/Breakout Sessions
Pinnacle’s panel of administrators and counselors will walk through the systems and resources they have created, utilized, and implemented to morph from a culture of disengagement into one of increased focus, attendance and learning. See the data and scenarios that capture the remarkable turnaround of this Title I school, and gain the support and resources to implement a similar plan at your school. The approach includes decriminalizing students and supporting them with relationships, progressive discipline and logical consequences as well as reflecting and repairing harm. Attendees will be given time to create their goals and action plans, share their ideas, and receive feedback, leaving with a clear plan that will result in re:visioning their own student culture for the better.
