Building strong Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs depends on meaningful collaboration between schools and their communities to align learning with real workforce needs and create clear pathways to success for all students. This session is led by a retired school superintendent and the design team who partnered to develop a forward-thinking education model and purpose-built spaces for career learning.

Through an interactive presentation, participants will explore how partnerships with local industries can open doors to high-skill, high-demand, high-wage career opportunities. The session will also highlight strategies for designing flexible, technology-rich learning environments that evolve alongside industry and innovation. Say goodbye to outdated, hidden workshops—today’s CTE spaces put creativity, opportunity, and student ambition on full display.
