As educators, we've all encountered challenging student behaviors. Traditional disciplinary approaches can fall short, leaving both students and educators feeling frustrated and disconnected. This workshop offers a fresh perspective on student support, rooted in the principles of therapeutic reconciliation.
By understanding the impact of trauma on both students and educators, we can move beyond punitive measures and embrace a more compassionate and effective approach. Through therapeutic reconciliation, we can foster healing, build stronger relationships, and create a more positive school climate.
In this workshop, you'll learn:
- How to recognize the signs of trauma in students and educators
- Strategies for building rapport and trust with challenging students
- Techniques for de-escalating conflict and promoting peaceful resolution
- Practical tools for implementing therapeutic reconciliation in your classroom or school
Join us to explore a transformative approach to student behavior that prioritizes healing, understanding, and growth.
