Rebecca Feilmann
Head of School
With a diverse career spanning classroom teaching, instructional coaching, and curriculum development, Rebecca is a seasoned educator dedicated to supporting students and staff. She has taught English at both the secondary and collegiate levels before transitioning to exceptional student services. As Academic Dean at CEC Windsor, Rebecca collaborated with outside agencies to provide tailored professional development for educators, with a special emphasis on supporting neurodivergent students. She also spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive MTSS program to ensure effective Tier I instruction and empower staff with the tools needed to address diverse student needs. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Head of School at CEC Windsor, where she continues to inspire and lead.

Symon Hayes
Symon is a seasoned educator with over 32 years of experience in diverse roles. He has taught in both special and general education classrooms, served as an instructional coach at various levels, and designed and facilitated professional learning workshops. He has held leadership positions in prominent non-profit education organizations in Colorado and California, focusing on critical areas like Universal Design for Learning and Understanding by Design. Currently, he operates as an independent education consultant, based in the Bay Area. He supports educators and school leaders across the U.S., helping them navigate the complexities of modern education.
