The term “building school culture” sounds like an important objective, but oftentimes a school’s culture can develop in different ways than intended. When school leaders intentionally execute a plan to re:vision their school’s culture - where stakeholders know what to expect and what is expected of them - the rest will follow. Join us to learn how school leaders can build “cultures on purpose,” where all parties feel valued, engaged, and a part of a greater whole. Through a series of deep-dive discussions, attendees will walk away with practical tools to increase engagement and build a strong sense of community.
