In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, educators will be introduced to Sean Covey’s Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX)—a research-based framework to move from strategy to measurable results. Participants will:
- Learn how to focus on one Wildly Important Goal (WIG) that drives student achievement
- Identify key lead measures that influence progress
- Explore how to use a simple scoreboard to track and celebrate wins
- Practice a quick accountability rhythm to maintain momentum
Utilizing real-life examples and interactive discussion, attendees will walk away with a draft WIG, at least one lead measure, and a starter plan for a scoreboard — practical tools they can begin using immediately for desired results.
