Heather Grantham
Currently, Heather is an Educator Recruitment and Retention Specialist with the Colorado Department of Education. With almost 20 years in education, she spent the majority of her time in charter schools as a teacher, assistant principal, and school principal. As the Colorado League of Charter Schools' 2022 School Leader of the Year, she was recognized for her ability to innovate and lead with a strong vision for the future. Prior to entering education, she engaged in corporate and executive recruiting for hard-to-staff positions with limited budgets. Heather believes that the best schools are built by hiring and keeping the best educators and building a positive culture centered on community. She is excited to be able to combine her two passions - education and recruitment - to support districts and schools in Colorado.

Kate Hudnut
Kate is the Senior Program Manager of TEACH Colorado, a statewide, cross-sector initiative aimed at improving the quality and diversity of Colorado’s teacher pipeline. She brings a diverse background in PK-12 policy, non-profit leadership and tourism marketing to the initiative. Kate gained leadership and policy experience in PK-12 at Summit School District and workforce development at the Family & Intercultural Resource Center. She has built a network with local, regional, and state leaders dedicated to building equitable systems in public education and the non-profit sector.

Ellen Dupart
Ellen's 10-year journey at DSST Public Schools has been marked by passion and commitment. She began her career as an Apprentice Teacher in 2015 and went on to inspire young minds as a middle school social studies teacher for eight years. Today, she's dedicated to nurturing the next generation of educators through Teacher Pathways. When she's not immersed in the world of education, Ellen finds joy in historical fiction, outdoor adventures, and hitting the slopes.

Amanda Shaw
Amanda began her career in education as a Special Education Teacher with Teach For America's 2013 Phoenix corps. After six years in the classroom, she transitioned into talent acquisition, where she has spent the past five years working in teacher pathways, recruitment, and hiring. When she's not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her new baby and exploring the great outdoors through hiking.
