This session equips school leaders and educators with practical tools to design authentic storytelling campaigns that strengthen recruitment, retention, and community engagement. Storytelling is presented not as marketing jargon but as a clear framework to communicate a school’s unique value, inspire trust, and move families from interest to enrollment.
Each section includes a hands-on component so that each attendee leaves with customized takeaways that can be immediately implemented. These include:
- Defining a school Unique Value Proposition (UVP) using structured formulas
- Drafting a story outline centered on a student, parent, or teacher
- Building a distribution plan for at least three channels with peer feedback
Participants will learn to communicate their impact in ways that resonate deeply with parents and students — leading to stronger inquiries, more applications, and sustained engagement.
