2020 Annual Conference Cancellations and Refunds

COVID-19 Addendum: (updated March 13, 2020)

ATTENDEES: March 10, 2020: The League has canceled our conference out of an abundance of caution related to COVID-19. Attendees make requests to transfer your registration to:

  1. Credit,
  2. Donation,
  3. Refund

Send request with Name of attendee and email address used to register, directly to events@coloradoleague.org and must be made PRIOR TO APRIL 30, 2020. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

EXHIBITORS: Contact partners@coloradoleague.org. Credit (to the Leadership Summit in October) and donation options are open through April 30, 2020.

Standard Cancellation Policy: (updated March 10, 2020)

Registration cancellations/refund requests received by Friday, January 3, 2020, will be refunded 100%.

Cancellations made on or before Friday, January 17, 2019 will be refunded 50%.

No refunds will be made for attendees on or after Saturday, January 18, 2020.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.
The event will take place rain, snow or shine.
