With school leaders navigating significant changes and challenges in our schools post-pandemic, it requires them to tap into best practices that help strategize, lead and sustain a school culture where every member thrives. This five-part workshop series will support leaders in being the leader their organization needs them to be with a focus on social-emotional learning, trauma-informed and restorative practices to address student needs.

Designed for both veteran and new leaders, the workshop allows for a unique opportunity to connect with other professionals. Ideal for principals, assistant principals, deans, directors of school culture, as well as entire teams. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect, assess, and plan together. Each session balances new learning with real-world application to inspire and enhance your leadership capacity and efficacy.

Meets quarterly on the second Tuesday by Zoom from 8:30-11AM with an option to attend the first meeting in-person at the League offices.
