Annual Conference Sponsor & Exhibitor FAQ

WHAT DEADLINES SHOULD I BE AWARE OF?
November 30 - Purchase and pay to get the marketplace discount

December 31 - Complete sponsorship or exhibitor booth sale to “choose your space” on the floor. 

January 1 - Prices increase for all Exhibitor booths

January 15 - Logos, videos and other materials must be delivered to the League Events Team. 

  • Sales of all booths and sponsorships conclude

February 1 -  Final deadline for all logos and videos for online promotion only

  • Deadline for sponsorship purchased to be included in print and online promotions

February 15 - All Marketing, signage, collateral and swag delivered to League Offices 

HOW DO I SELECT A BOOTH?
You can select a booth before December 31st. After that, we will be assigning all booths. *TIP: Make sure to sign into your account to be able to submit your booth request. 

HOW CAN I PAY MY ACCOUNT BALANCE? CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE?
You can pay your account balance when you purchase your sponsorship through credit card or by invoice. If you opt for an invoice, our finance team will contact you to receive payment. 

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY COMPANY NAME, COMPANY CONTACT, EMAIL ADDRESS, ETC., FOR EXHIBIT LOGISTICS PURPOSES?

You can register your attendees here. Note: double check your sponsorship for how many attendees are included in your purchase!

HOW BIG ARE THE BOOTH SPACES?
• All exhibitor booths include one full registration, power, a pipe and draped, 10-foot space, a six-foot table and one chair.
• Sponsor booths are 10-foot booths unless noted as “double” in which case they are 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. We ask that you would respect the space of your neighbors and stay within your space.

WHAT TIME CAN I SET UP? 
Move-in times for the Atrium are Monday from 12-4 PM and 4-8 PM for the Exhibit Hall. There will also be time to set up in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 AM. Registration opens at 7:30 AM, so please have your booth spaces ready by that time.
