Addressing New Needs: Executive Functioning
Hosted by the Colorado League of Charter Schools

Dates: WednesdayOctober 14

Time: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Location: Virtual
Cost:  FREE
Description: As our student navigate new learning environments, we are seeing more and more students demonstrate gaps in their executive functioning (EF) skills that allow them to navigate and complete online content independently (i.e. organization, initiating tasks, prioritization, completing and submitting work). This requires us to be intentional with how we build in opportunities for them to learn these executive functioning skills. In this session, participants will learn how best to proactively build EF skills, provide students opportunities to have guided and independent practice of these skills, and then how to respond when new skill gaps present themselves.

Facilitated by: Morgan Beidleman
Registration Deadline: Monday, October 12.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before the registration deadline will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, cancellations made after the registration deadline will not be refunded.
