Budgeting Deep Dive: Enrollment

Description: The Budget Deep Dive workshops will give business officers, school leaders and school board members tools to prepare thoughtful, accurate budgets and proformas. Bring your laptop and be prepared to work with your own school’s numbers. Peers and experts will lead and facilitate these workshops which will be held once a week for four consecutive weeks. Subjects will build on previous week’s work. 
Week 2: The Board and the Business Officer: Key metrics to report, reporting calendar dates to the board and authorizer, and how to create room in the budget for the unexpected

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, January 21. Event is contingent on a minimum of 4 registrants.
