Description: During the May Connect, the focus will be on marketing planning relating to your school’s annual enrollment success. Building a marketing and communications plan which is robust, detailed and achievable doesn’t have to be an impossible, daunting task. Lyman Millard, the founding partner at Bloomwell Group, a strategic communications firm dedicated to helping high-quality organizations serve more kids, who presented at the year's annual Conference will overview and detail plans as reference and walk through a ‘best practice’ in terms of the document and the timing that goes with execution. From late morning forward, participants will work on developing or editing their own draft plans to refine, hone and receive feedback from consultants and coaches brought in to help get your plan to as near conclusion as you can. This is a hands-on, interactive day-long session that will support your efforts in moving an existing (or new) draft plan toward the finish line, so that you can succeed over the following 18 months of implementation. Be sure to bring your current marketing plan to this workshop.
