Description: Recruitment in today’s job market is challenging and Retaining staff if even more important, it’s a balancing Act. Come explore tools, strategies and resources to recruit effectively and retain your staff and keep the balance in both. In this session you will: Learn and be equipped to recruit in today's market, Know recruitment opportunities and trends, Understand what is your Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and benefits, Be clear on why Culture and Inclusion is key, Understand the importance of effective on-boarding, Tools and tips for effective retention strategies.
