Description: In the Rethinking Behavior Series, participants will be asked to rethink how they view behavior and begin to see it as an attempt to get a need met. With this in mind, attendees will have the opportunity to consider how to make changes to their current practices and structures to better meet the needs of their students through a variety of approaches. Do you want to continue to build a strong school culture and behavior system but struggle to know what to focus your attention on? In this session, participants will identify the key components of a strong school culture and system for supporting behavior. Then, attendees will assess their schools' strengths and gaps in structures in order to address the root cause of their current culture challenges.

Facilitated by: Morgan Beidleman
