Leadership Lunch & Learn Series: Professional Development Planning 101: Needs Assessments

Date: Friday, April 19

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: STEM School Highlands Ranch Middle School Building, 8773 S Ridgeline Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

Cost: $80 members | $100 non-members ($75 for virtual attendance)

Meals: Lunch will be provided.

Description: How can you ensure your school-based professional development will be impactful to your staff? Start with a needs assessment. During this session, participants will explore sample needs assessments and school and teacher data. This session will include a presentation, time to work with your leadership team to create a needs assessment to give to your staff immediately, and a networking lunch. ***We recommend you attend this session with a team (school leader, teacher, professional developer/coach).

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, April 17. Event is contingent on a minimum of 8 registrants.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before the registration deadline will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, cancellations made after the registration deadline will not be refunded.
