Unified Improvement Planning Workshops
Unified Improvement Planning (UIP)
2015-16 Workshops

"The UIP workshops sponsored by the League proved to be incredibly valuable. Their very detailed and hands on approach gave me the opportunity to grasp the concept connections and see relationships between student data and instructional practice, root analysis and resulting goals for our school. The process was very supportive and the end product, my first UIP, was considered exemplary by the superintendent in our authorizing district. The workshops were relaxed, engaging and the support was tailored to meet my needs. The whole process proved to be very productive. I'm already excited to attend again!"
Michael Canzona, Director
Battle Rock Charter School

* All sessions will be facilitated by key League staff, experienced in the UIP process, data analysis, formative assessment, and action planning.

The Colorado League of Charter Schools is once again offering Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) facilitated work sessions for charter schools. UIPs are an important diagnostic tool that schools should refer to and rely upon throughout the year. Attend these workshops to understand how beneficial the UIP can be for your school, and work on your plan alongside your peers and knowledgeable League staffers.

These workshops will provide time for charter schools to work through each section of their Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) (Data Narrative, Root Cause, Target Setting and Action Planning). League staff will be present and available to provide support. There will also be an opportunity to network with other schools.

Need an introduction or refresher to UIP? We have a workshop for that as well. More information about all upcoming UIP workshops are listed below.
