Performance management is data-driven decision making at a charter school. It is facilitated via the use of high-quality strategies and systems that gather, organize, analyze, report and share information about student and school performance.
For more information about the League's Performance Management services and support, contact Tisha Bouwmeester, Director of Performance Management, at 303-989-5356, ext. 106.
Data Management & Assessment StrategiesWe assist member charter schools in developing and implementing data management and assessment strategies. Through this program, we help you determine your school’s needs and capacities and evaluate the functionality, costs and ease of implementing prospective systems.
State Assessments and Performance Management Systems
We offer assistance with the interpretation, use and understanding of state assessment test results including the Colorado Growth Model, School Performance Frameworks, and Colorado Measures for Academic Success. Additionally, we can facilitate a training for your teachers and staff so they can gain a better understanding of their performance management systems and how these systems benefit decision making at both the building and classroom levels.

League and Vendor Partnerships
The League vets new performance management systems that enter the Colorado market. While the League remains agnostic to specific systems, we will leverage group purchasing power by forming a collaborative when there is interest from charter schools and when it benefits charter schools. Currently, we have such an arrangement with data management systems Alpine Achievement and Illuminate Data and Assessment (DnA).
