What I Do For Charter Schools
(How Charter Schools Will Know Me)
I spend much of my time analyzing Colorado charter school performance. I also analyze student performance, demographic changes, and population growth trends in the state of Colorado. In addition, I lead the research efforts related to the Charter School Facilities Initiative
On Charter Public Schools
I believe that school choice and school competition makes the entire public education system better. The League plays an important role by working to increase the number of high-quality public school options and by advocating for students and families who are often overlooked and underrepresented.
Before coming to the League, I spent three years in Los Angeles as an economic consultant and was then connected with the League through an Education Pioneers Analyst Fellowship. Outside of work, I enjoy pursuing my interests in all things urban planning related, including architecture, photography and traveling. I received my B.A. in Economics and Finance from Claremont McKenna College and my M.B.A. with a focus in Urban Planning and Development from George Washington University.
