What is the first event?

The Pre-Conference workshops are the first events of the 2 day conference. Currently scheduled is an Advocacy Day, Authorizer session, New School Developers session and Parent session. Stay tuned for more to come!

Where can I get a copy of the entire program?

The program is being updated on an on-going basis online. The final program will be available on-site at the Colorado Charter Schools Conference.

 

This year, the Conference program book will also be available for download on your iPhone, iPad, Android or other handheld device via a smartphone application called Guidebook.

 

How do I inform the Conference Coordinator of my special needs?

You can inform the Conference Coordinator on your registration form in the designated areas.

 

Registration

 

What is included in my registration fee? What is the registration fee?

All educational sessions, the Welcome Reception on Thursday, all continental breakfasts, luncheons and refreshment breaks (as indicated in the program).

 

Registration fees are based on the League membership. Your membership must be current and/or processed before you may receive the member registration rate. All registration fees in U.S. Currency.

 

When are the deadlines for registration?

 

Our online registration will close on February 18, 2013. On-site registration will be available at the Omni Interlocken Resort the days of the conference.

How can I pay for the Colorado Charter Schools Conference?

We are able to accept both checks and credit cards (Visa & Master Card). After registering online, you will receive an invoice as part of your confirmation e-mail. If paying by check, please print your invoice and make checks payable to: Colorado League of Charter Schools

How do I know if I'm registered?

All attendees will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation/receipt verifies your address information, the event(s) you have signed up for, and how much you have paid. Attendees who register online are urged to print the invoice copy of their registration to keep for their records as well as mail in a copy of the invoice to the League with payment. If you have not received your confirmation within 48 hours of registering, please contact conference@coloradoleague.org or call 303-989-5356.

 

I have a question or problem with my registration. What do I do?

What if I need to cancel my registration? Can I make a substitution on my registration? What are the deadlines for Attendees, Sponsors, Exhibitors or Advertisers?

 

Conference Attendees

 

Substitutions are gladly accepted. You are able to make changes/substitutions to your online registration record by using the password that you created.

 

Registration cancellations/refund requests received by Friday, January 18 will be refunded 100%. Cancellations made on or before Friday, February 8 will be refunded 50%.

 

No refunds will be made for Attendees on or after Saturday, February 9, 2013.

No refunds will be given for no-shows.

 

Sponsors, Advertisers, & Exhibitors:

 

100% refund for Sponsors, Advertisers, & Exhibitors if cancelled by Friday, January 18, 2013.

 

NO REFUND IF CANCELLED AFTER THIS DATE

 

How will I receive my badge?

For attendees registering in advance, your badge and registration materials will be held for you at the Registration desk, located in the main lobby of the Omni Interlocken Resort.

Which hotel is providing us a discounted rate for the conference?

Omni Interlocken Resort, Broomfield, CO. The rate is $124 per night.

 

When is the cutoff to reserve a hotel room and receive a discount?

Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations must be made by Tuesday, January 22, 2012 in order to receive the League discounted room rate.

 

What are the sleeping room rates at the hotel?

A block of rooms is reserved at the Omni Interlocken Resort for a rate of $124 per night. Rooms are available under this block through January 22, 2013 or until sold out.

 

How do I make a reservation for a sleeping room at the hotel?

If you call, please identify yourself as part of the Colorado League of Charter Schools group. In order to take advantage of this rate, please call and reserve your room no later than January 22, 2013.

 

Rates are subject to sales and occupancy taxes. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please submit a copy of your Certificate of Tax-Exempt Status at the time of paying your deposit and also at the time of check-out.

How do I get to the hotel?

 

General Directions to the Hotel:

 

FROM THE SOUTH

Take I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. Hotel is located up the hill on the left side.

 

FROM THE EAST

Take I-70 West to I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.

 

FROM THE WEST

Take I-70 East to I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.

 

FROM BOULDER

Take US 36 East, exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive, make a right onto Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive, then make a left onto Interlocken Blvd. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.

 

FROM DOWNTOWN DENVER

Take I-25 North to 36 West, exit at Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and make a left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.

 

FROM THE NORTH

Take I-25 South, exit on 104th Ave. and turn right. Proceed on 104th until you get to US 36 West and go towards Boulder. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
