Unified Improvement Plan Facilitated Workshops: A Diagnostic Approach to Meaningful School Improvement*
* All sessions will be facilitated by key League staff, experienced in the UIP process, data analysis, formative assessment, and action planning.

Cost: League Members: $75 for one person and $25 for each additional attendee; Non-members: $100 for one person and $25 for each additional attendee
Note: Lunch will not be provided but time will be allotted and there are options nearby.
Description: These workshops will provide time for schools to bring their UIP and work through each section of the plan (Data Narrative, Root Cause, Target Setting and Action Planning) with League support and the opportunity to network with other schools. Time will also be given to review the State’s Accountability System (SPF, etc), timelines and how they fit into the goals of school improvement planning, discover what you need to know about the UIP for 2015-16, receive updates with State Assessment Transition, reporting, access to your data and tools and resources available to you.
